Alex Oldroyd

Chair of the Supervisory Board (1967, British nationality)

Mrs. A. Oldroyd has gained significant experience as a supervisory board member of Lucas Bols from 2016 to 2025, and as a non-executive director / board advisor of Brockman’s Gin from 2015 to 2025. This, together with her extensive experience in Beverages gained in Equity Research at Morgan Stanley, Investment Banking at Moelis and in her current role advising on strategy and M&A as Managing Director of Fluxion Advisors, will bring substantial added value to the Supervisory Board.

Willem Blijdorp

Member of the Supervisory Board (1952, Dutch Nationality)

Mr Blijdorp is an entrepreneur and the founder and principal shareholder of B&S Group S.A. He has played a pivotal role in developing the Company into an internationally operating distribution and services platform active across multiple FMCG and specialty distribution markets.

Throughout his career, Mr Blijdorp has gained extensive experience in international trade, logistics, retail and wholesale distribution, corporate finance and strategic growth initiatives. His long-standing executive leadership experience and deep knowledge of the Company’s operations, markets and stakeholder landscape bring significant value to the Supervisory Board.

In addition to his involvement with the Company, Mr Blijdorp holds and has held various management and supervisory positions within affiliated and non-affiliated companies.

Kay Spanger

Member of the Supervisory Board (1958, German Nationality)

Mr Spanger is an internationally recognised senior executive in the travel retail, FMCG distribution and luxury goods sectors. He built his career over more than four decades at Gebr. Heinemann SE & Co. KG, one of the world’s leading travel retail and distribution companies, where he most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Board.

During his tenure, Mr Spanger played a key role in the international expansion and professionalisation of the company’s commercial activities, contributing to its development into a globally recognised travel retail platform.

Mr Spanger has extensive expertise in international trade, category management, supplier negotiations, retail development, joint ventures and strategic partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. His leadership is characterised by a strong focus on long-term value creation, relationship management and sustainable commercial partnerships.
